We may have only been in Kuala Lumpur for one week, but we loved every moment in this spectacular country. From the bustling jungle city of Kuala Lumpur to the food and street art wonderland that is Penang. We would love to go back and see a wider variety of places, all over Malaysia. What are your suggestions for places to go and things to do?

A definite highlight for me was the KL Park Canopy walk in KL Central It’s amazing that you can escape the city, in the middle of the city, and find yourself in a lush jungle paradise!

I think we all agree that the highlight of our time in Malaysia was Kek Lok Si Temple near Georgetown in Penang, an easy day trip if you are staying in Georgetown.

We loved the colourful Batu Caves, just outside Kuala Lumpur! We loved the delicious Malaysian Food, with all it’s influences and unique flavours. We may not have set out to see Malaysia when we spontaneously booked our flight, but I am incredibly glad that that is where we ended up!
