We took the metro from Jean-Talon Market down to Champ-de-Mars to explore Old Town Montreal and the water front area. I wanted to see the inside of an old church called Notre-Dame-de-Bon-Secours Chapel. This old church was popular with sailors, and has little ship models hanging from the ceiling. Due to covid, the church was closed.

We wandered around Old Montreal for a few hours stopping at Notre-Dame which was also closed. The square outside of Notre Dame was pleasant to sit in and watch people go by, as a man played Celine Dion songs.

Next up we headed to Place d’Youville…
