We decided to get up early and catch surise at Edinburgh Castle (in November that’s just before 7:30 am ).

The idea was that we would miss the giant crowds that plague the Royal Mile during the day. This plan, I believe, was a SUCCESS!!!!

We did, however, encounter a marathon running at this hour, but the castle front we had to ourselves, and Jives was able to film his rapping with very little interference, YES!!!!

We then went on a self guided tour of all the Harry Potter sights in Edinburgh (that inspired JK ROWLING). The last blog post will tell you all about that!!
